Baked Fish Recipe: Gulf Sheepshead with Lime Butter
Looking for sheepshead fish recipes? Sheepshead are pretty common along the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico coasts, although they’re not easy to catch. You kind of have to have a “knack” for hooking these wily bait-stealers. Once you learn to outsmart these convict fish, your efforts will be rewarded with a very tasty meal!
With this baked fish recipe, I don’t use a lot of spices or other seasonings. I like to be able to enjoy the mild, subtle flavor of the sheepshead itself. This is a simple, quick and easy fish recipe!
Holle’s Baked Sheepshead with Lime Butter
