BBQ Cooking: Vidalia Onion Barbecue Sauce
There’s nothing like a great homemade barbecue sauce for BBQ cooking! We enjoy smoking and grilling, and we use a wide variety of barbecue sauces, including commercially bottled bbq sauces. When I have time, however, I like to make my own homemade BBQ sauces. I use a wide range of ingredients for a number of different smoking and grilling sauces, depending on what type of meat we’re cooking and on the mood I’m in.
This sauce contains sweet Vidalia onions from Georgia, so you know it has to be good! This is a great sauce for chicken, wild game, barbecue ribs, pork chops, pulled pork, and pulled pork sandwiches. It also goes well on homemade hamburgers, steaks, and brisket.
