Have you ever tried Cajun hamburgers, though? If you like lots of flavor and spices, these homemade burgers will bring a smile to your face, I “guarawnTEE”!

The best homemade hamburgers start with good beef. Buy ground sirloin, or buy steaks and grind your own.  Use my Cajun seasoning recipe to spice up your hamburgers, or use your own version. Smoke the burgers on a slow grill, and then brown them over very hot coals or in an iron skillet.

Split bread and spread with butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt and toast under the oven broiler.

Slice bread into burger-size lengths. Place Cajun burgers on bread and top with your favorite condiments.
