A neat party food for kids!
These make great snacks for kids, and they’d also make a good party food. I topped my mini pizzas with pepperoni, but you could use any toppings you like. These are easy and fun to make, and they cook in just twelve minutes.
Holle’s Mini Pepperoni Pizza recipe
What you’ll need:
- Refrigerated biscuits (I used the cheap kind, a 10-count roll)
- 10 teaspoons ketchup
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- 10 heaping tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
- 10 pepperoni slices
Directions: On a sheet of waxed paper, spread the uncooked biscuits out. Use the bottom of a large glass or cup to press biscuits to about 1/3-inch thick. Use a smaller glass to press in the center of each biscuit, making a “lip” around the edge.
Spread the biscuits with ketchup and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Add mozzarella to each biscuit and top with a pepperoni slice.
Place mini pizzas on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
