Healthy Banana Bread Recipe #1
Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cups self-rising flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 2 cups mashed overripe bananas
  • ½ cup Splenda
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a loaf pan with Baker’s Joy cooking spray.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate mixing bowl.
  5. Gradually stir dry mixture into banana mixture. Don’t overmix.
  6. Bake for about 50-55 minutes.
