Gullah-Geechee Recipes: Low Country Peaches and Cream Pie

Peaches play an important role in Southern food!

You know we Southerners like our Southern food, especially when the ingredients can be found locally, like peaches. Peaches won’t ripen after they’re picked. They’ll get softer, but they won’t get any sweeter. Try this recipe next time you’re craving peaches and cream!
