Italian cheese pockets

If you like quick and easy recipes, here’s one you’ll love! These tasty biscuits are great when served with spaghetti or other pasta dishes. They take only a couple of minutes to put together.

The cheese pockets are a nice change of pace from the traditional garlic bread.

Holle’s Italian Cheese Pockets recipe

What you’ll need:

  • 1 roll large flaky refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
  • grated mozzarella cheese
  • blended Italian seasoning
  • butter
  • garlic salt

Directions: Place the biscuits on a large ungreased cookie sheet and flatten or roll into thin circles.

Sprinkle with seasoning and fill with cheese.

Fold the circles over and press edges with a fork to seal.

Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt and more Italian seasoning.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 18 minutes.
