Low Carb BBQ Fried Pork Chops
Looking for low carb recipes that are also great southern recipes and tasty soul food? This one is for fried pork chops that have a barbecue kick. The BBQ flavor comes from the wet rub applied to the chops. You prepare the pork chops just as you would before grilling them, and you get that great southern food flavor without the carb load. If you’re not on a low carb diet, you can use regular brown sugar and regular flour in this pork chop recipe.
