These little gems are great low carb desserts! They’re quick and easy to make, and you can experiment with a wide range of flavors and flavor combinations. You can use any flavor of sugar-free Jell-o in combination with any sugar-free drink or drink mix. I’ve found that non-carbonated drinks work best. My favorite popsicle combo is to use cherry Jell-o with Diet Hawaiian Punch. Get creative with your own flavors of low carb popsicles! Think cherry-limeade, raspberry-lemon, and orange-cranberry. Holle’s Low Carb Cherry Popsicles recipe
What you’ll need:
- 1 large package sugar-free Jell-o
- 1 ½ cups Diet Hawaiian Punch
- 1 ½ cups cold water
Directions: Stir together Jell-o and Hawaiian punch in a microwave-proof bowl. Place in the microwave and heat to boiling.
Remove immediately and quickly stir in cold water.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm.
