This is actually a shortcut to homemade dip. The chili has already been prepared for you! This is a warm, hearty party food that’s great served with corn chips, crackers, or tortilla chips. You’ll need to make this party dip in a nine-inch pie plate.
Holle’s Chili Cheese Dip recipe
What you’ll need:
- 1 eight-ounce block cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 can chili (no beans)
- 1 cup grated cheddar
Directions: Blend together cream cheese, onions, cumin, and garlic. Spread in the pie plate.
Layer chili on cream cheese. Add cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with a few green onions.
