What you’ll need:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sugar or Splenda
- ½ teaspoon red pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions: Blend together mayo and sour cream.
Chop red peppers very fine and stir into mayo-sour cream.
Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Store in the fridge, covered, at least an hour before serving.
