This great party food is best served cold, with mild crackers or toasted baguettes on the side. For the crab meat, use the refrigerated kind, or pick your own from fresh crabs. Be sure to pick through the meat first to make sure all the bits of shell and cartilage are removed.
Holle’s Spicy Crab Dip recipe
What you’ll need:
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons cocktail sauce
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated horseradish (or more)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
Directions: Blend all ingredients and refrigerate for several hours. Stir again before serving.
