Holle’s Italian Cheese Pockets recipe
What you’ll need:
- 1 roll large flaky refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
- grated mozzarella cheese
- blended Italian seasoning
- butter
- garlic salt
Directions:
Place the biscuits on a large ungreased cookie sheet and flatten or roll into thin circles.
Sprinkle with seasoning and fill with cheese.
Fold the circles over and press edges with a fork to seal.
Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt and more Italian seasoning.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 18 minutes.
